International Shipping Note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your ETON Store purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns and exchanges as outlined below.
Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once we receive your request, we will provide a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where to send your item.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the completed return form. Ship your return to:

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Step 4: Processing Your Return or Exchange
Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days after inspection.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow the following timeframes for your refund to appear:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective merchandise.
Exchange Information
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will ship the replacement once we receive and inspect your return. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Socks (due to their intimate nature)
- Belts (if the original packaging has been opened or damaged)
- Gloves & Scarves (if tags have been removed)
- Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
International Returns
