Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the completed return form. Ship your return to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return or Exchange

Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days after inspection.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow the following timeframes for your refund to appear:

Exchange Information
